Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DoDose, an application and website operated by Evergoods Holdings (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using DoDose, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

iOS Users

If you access DoDose through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this agreement is between you and Evergoods Holdings only, and not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for DoDose or its content. These Terms do not conflict with Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Legal Eligibility

By using DoDose, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or sanctions.
• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted or prohibited parties list.
• You are legally able to enter into these Terms.

DoDose is a Health & Fitness app that provides tools designed to help users log GLP-1 medication doses, symptoms, side effects, weight progress, notes, and reminders. DoDose may also provide educational content and account-related features.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without guarantee of continued availability.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DoDose solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

iOS Usage Rules

For iOS users, this license is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules. DoDose may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Apple Family Sharing or similar features where permitted.

You agree to comply with all applicable third-party agreements, including wireless data agreements, when using DoDose.

To use DoDose, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Use DoDose only for your own lawful personal purposes.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

You agree to use DoDose responsibly and lawfully. You may not:

• Upload, submit, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates others’ rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or bypass security or service integrity.
• Use DoDose for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Share account credentials or subscription access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, systems, or algorithms.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access, scrape, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.

You retain ownership of the health, wellness, notes, and other information you choose to enter into DoDose. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. DoDose is a tracking and reminder tool, and records in the app should not replace medical records maintained by your healthcare provider.

DoDose may offer both free and paid subscription options. Paid features may be available through automatically renewing subscriptions.

Billing Authority

For App Store purchases, all purchases, payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not process App Store payments directly.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel an App Store subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DoDose. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund unused time.

Important: Deleting your DoDose account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel separately through your Apple ID to avoid future charges.

Free Trials and Introductory Offers

DoDose may offer free trials or discounted introductory pricing. These offers may be limited to one per Apple ID or account and may not be available to users who previously subscribed or redeemed an offer.

Pricing Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subscription pricing may change in the future. Apple will notify you in advance where required. If you do not agree with a pricing change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Refund Policy

App Store purchases are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Evergoods Holdings does not issue refunds for App Store purchases. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through Apple support channels.

DoDose, including its software, design, branding, content, and related materials, is owned by Evergoods Holdings or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. DoDose is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Your use of DoDose is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

DoDose is a tracking and reminder tool only. DoDose does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Information in DoDose may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or entered incorrectly.

Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making medical decisions, including decisions about medications, dosing, diet, symptoms, side effects, exercise, or treatment plans. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for DoDose. Apple has no obligation to provide support services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DoDose is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We disclaim all warranties not expressly required by law.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for DoDose in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

For iOS users, Apple’s sole warranty obligation is limited to refunding the purchase price where applicable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evergoods Holdings from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of DoDose, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You or we may terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use DoDose ends immediately.

You may request deletion of your DoDose account and associated user-entered data by contacting admin@evergoodsholdings.com. Please include the email address associated with your DoDose account so we can locate it. We will confirm receipt, process deletion within a reasonable period, and send a confirmation when deletion is complete, unless we are required by law to retain certain records.

Account termination does not cancel active subscriptions. You are responsible for canceling through Apple to avoid future charges.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Evergoods Holdings is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them as such.

By using DoDose, you agree to receive:

• Required communications: billing, security, account, and service notices.
• Optional communications: product updates, tips, and promotions, which you may opt out of at any time.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of DoDose after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
